Normal Ldl Cholesterol Value
Blood Test Result: Please help me:)?
Here is the result of the blood test of my mom (which I find in her secret area in the wardrobe due to my curiosity.)
[Obtained Result] (Normal Values)
Glucose: [7.0] (3.9-6.1)
Cholesterol [9.3] (0-5.2)
Ldl Cholesterol [7.0] (1.1-3.8)
TGL(Triglycerine/Triglyceride Lipase) [1.0] (0.3-1.7)
HDL Cholesterol [1.8] (0.91-1.55)
Calcium [2.70] (2.12-2.52)
I do not know what does this imply. I can’t sleep last night because I was thinking of these results which, some of these are critical to what I think, are way beyond too far from the normal values.
Please help me in explanation of this results. It sounds too “keeky” but I truly cant sleep just because of these results. Please also include “what to expect(s)”. I’m quite not prepared for the future “possibilities”… Please Help… Thanks
it means her cholesterol is high and she is at risk for building up plaque in her blood vesels which could lead to a heart attack. but if she talks to her doctor they may put her on cholesterol lowering medicine like lipitor. i see her glucose is also high which may mean she is prediabetic. she needs to watch what she eats and get plenty of exercise.
