What are some good ways to lower triglyceride percentages?
I exercise every day to every other day about an hour each time, (sometimes 10 minutes less), I eat about 5-7 servings of vegetables a day, and I may eat 1-2 servings of red meat a week. What are some other factors that may contribute to my triglycerides being high when my HDL’s or LDL’s are not any higher than they should be?
Sugar is a huge cause of high triglycerides. Cut your sugar intake (even natural sugars) and I bet they will go down quickly.
