Lower Cholesterol Commercial

Can I sue General Mills if Cheerios cereal doesn’t lower my cholesterol 4% in 6 weeks like the box says?

Also their commercials state this too. Isn’t it considered a medicine? Why don’t we need a prescription to ingest something that lowers cholesterol?
What if I already eat a healthy diet but have high cholesterol so I add Cherios so as part of a healthy diet it is supposed to help lower my cholesterol, but fails to do so, and if I can find thousands of others who agree the same thing happened to them, so it’s not just me.

There is no statement that guarantees Lower Cholesterol, and you have absolutely no cause of action.
It’s not considered a medicine. Neither are natural supplements.
