Ldl Cholesterol Explained
Please help with my cholesterol and liver reading, are they high?
I am male, aged 36
my Total Cholesterol = 6.6 mmol/L
my LDL is 4.69
and my liver reads = 0.49 gL (serum albumin)
What are their meanings? Please explain to me… thanks

total cholesterol is somewhat high, the normal for you age is <5.30mmol/L. There are many reasons why your level is high like you maybe obese, lipid disorder or incipient hepatitis.
low density lipoproteins: normal ldl level* is < 3.36mmol/L. You are in high side w/c means that your risk for CAD, stroke etc, ate increased.
The more Zetia lowered LDL cholesterol, the greater the progression of atherosclerosis
