Good Ldl Cholesterol Numbers

My cholesterol LDL’s are good (71),but my HDL’s are too low (36) and my tris are way too high (283),help!!1

My doctor has me on Triamterene already,is there some kind of diet that I can go on to improve my numbers even more? I’m five foot seven and weigh 190. My chest is forty two inches and my waist is thirty seven. I try to lift weights at least once a week. I walk at least twice a week.
